HA HA ... sort of.
Today I worked out and then I was trying to find out a way to do some workouts for my lowers abs that are a pain in the butt to get rid of and are ugly! SO I check my mail and there was Jillian's Newsletter telling me how to get rid of my lower flab. She said the answer were reverse crunches!!!!! w00t w00t .. thank you Jillian!
