Morning all!

Jess:
Whoo, kudos on those push-ups!
It was after an intense workout that had already killed my arms to the point of actually failing on the last set, but... my own attempts at 4 sets of pushups the other day were laughably tragic. And those were on my knees. You're my hero right now.
And I could never do a cartwheel. I think it was partially just getting up the nerve to do something that might result in my hurting myself, lol. So I'm jealous of the little kid you who could do them, when I've NEVER been able to.

Jazz:
Good luck on the bikini bod thing! I hate when you feel like you've been trapped in a 10-lb zone forever. But even when I've dropped down to a decently low weight (number wise), I've never felt quite toned enough to rock the bikini well..
I'm with ya on the end-of-summer bikini goal tho!

Taylor:
Woo, 10! Wayta go lady!
Also, I hate when places rock the opposite of vanity sizing. Where a 16 is a surprisingly small size that would be a 12 anywhere else. I once went shopping with a girlfriend looking for tanktops that were long enough to suit the "style" she was going for. She's small, but has big boobs, and so we were looking for larges. In one of the places we went into, a snooty sales girl informed me, "We don't carry large sizes," with an air of self-importance when I could find anything but xxs, s, and m....!

Have fun on your hike and fishing!

Chele:
Yay for summer vacation!!! End of school? Are you in high school still, or college? College up here ended back in April.
Either way, I adoooore the beginning of summer vacation. Going home in the evening and not having to worry about homework is a lovely lovely feeling....!

Feral:
Good luck on the post-TOM woosh! I'm hoping for the post-sore-muscle-induced-water-retention-woosh....
That's a whole lotta dogs too, lady, good luck! ...Jack Russel Chihuahua... iiiinteresting....

As for me...
I'm in a decent amount of physical pain this morning.
My coworker/defacto personal trainer when we go to the gym together is having us attack one muscle group at a time every time we go to the gym. I feel GREAT about myself for getting the workouts in, but the pain is starting to overlap: I still can't pull back my arms to put on my jacket without wincing since our chest workout on Monday, and now after our legs workout last night, the half-squat position as I go to sit in a chair has become exceedingly painful. I must be SO out of shape that my muscles are dying so badly, lol.

I'm determined, however, to start seeing the scale going in the other direction. I know I'm retaining water over the sore muscles, but... I was 150.4 today, and it made me pretty sad to see myself out of the 140s and back into the 150s.

Hey ladies!

Taylor: Hurray for size 10's!

Feral: My husband and I LOVE that show. I especially like the episode where the girl tackles that big man. lol

Chele: Not too much longer! Enjoy your summer!

Jelbb: Long time, no see.

AFM: Down to 242.2 and a comfy 18... still. lol But, I'm loving C25K again! Hubby and I had a ridiculous spat this morning over some supplements I never finished. Seriously? Like, aren't there way more important things to argue about? Aghh, whatever. I'm sure he will forget by lunch.

Heather:
I hate those spats. Over completely stupid things. I had one of those last night with my boyfriend.
I asked him for help putting away groceries, and he more or less, "Yeah, yeah.."'d me, hoping I'd do it for him. So I put away exactly half of the bags, and left the rest (including some items of his that needed to be refrigerated) on the counter.
And then he got persnickety with me when he noticed half an hour later.

Ahhhhhhhhh, stupid arguments.
Wasted bits of your life really, lol.

Jelbb - oh honey I feel you. I was like "good lord I am so out of shape this isn't even funny," but as my trainer says you have to start somewhere and that's better than not starting at all.

Heather - good lord! LOL I've only seen the commercial for it but it was pretty funny. Some lady was beating one of the guys with a broom in front of a trailer and the other repo guy was making some comment about there's nothing better than seeing your best friend get beat by a woman with a broom. So yeah, that's my lovely little area. I'm still embarrassed.

So other than feeling like my sugar level just bottomed out today has been pretty good. Quiet day in the office which is nice for a "Friday."

I think I'm going to be the only one here in about an hour or so.

I ran by Target and got my dad a father's day card and this little office desk mager organize thingy for my post it notes. I love office supplies/organizational stuff. I'm such a nerd.

Stella-I'm jealous you have a stairmaster to use I miss mine

Taylor- jealous of your size 10's, I however have also been buying things in just a size large which is awesome...and they dont stretch thats bottoms...my tophalf has been fitting mediums for awhile...its my stubborn behind that wont go anywhere

My sister finally got her puppy and she loves him...I'm just sad I couldnt be there to see it...

the weather is beautiful here thus far and I think I'll be spending another day at the pool and hopefully not burning one half of my body

Haley- I used to do P90x, its crazy!! I also did Shaun T's insanity...and it definitly holds its name! Both are pretty extreme! Have fun!

Taylor - Glad I could share some wisdom with you! I'm rooting for you kiddo! I got under 200 8 months ago...and I've only lost 5lbs since...ughk - terrible but I'm like you, I fit into way smaller clothes and I see changes, just not on the scale, so I don't rely on it anymore that I am under 200!

Hope you ladies all have a great day!

Feral - enjoy your "Friday"!!!!!

Haley ~ I'm glad that your sister loved the dog!!!! Although with such a cute puppy like that, who wouldn't love it? haha

Jelbb ~ I teach high school special education. Definitely not still in school....it's been a while since my last class.

Feral ~ Enjoy your Friday!!!

Jenny ~ I'm like you. I got under 200 last February for the first time and I have been under ever since, but cannot get below 195 if I paid someone! Frustrating...but still a great accomplishment.

So...I went downstairs to do some laundry so that I could pack for my Canada trip tomorrow. However, there is a mouse down there and I have been freaking out ever since!!! I left half of my laundry in the machine and pretty much came back upstairs. I can't make myself go back down there!!! I have so much laundry and packing to do too!!! Totally putting it off until my dad gets home first before any of that laundry gets done

Jenny ~ Definitely not the only one. You and me are in it together I am coming to Canada three different times this summer.....once a month. Tomorrow through next Sunday is Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario. Closer to the end of July is when I'll be in PEI and then beginning of August I'll be in Barrie, ON. LOL It looks a bit obsessive when written down, but I love going to Canada so much!!!!

JennyG- Potato Nachos?? Sounds like food porn to me.

I spent all day at the pool. It was warm, it was nice. I was trying to swim laps, run in place, tread water.... anything to tone these flabby arms. Unfortunately, I didn't come out with Ah-nold arms.... but I'm working on it! In other news, I hate PCOS. I hate hypothyroid. And I hate how it makes me feel when we're TTC.

Hi ladies!

Scale said 139.2 today, so I'm moving back down! Looks like it was just an insane amount of water weight.
I ran outside for 35 minutes yesterday. I'm addicted to running outside now!! The 5K I'm running is July 14, so I'm officially in my "gotta kick greg's butt at this race" training mode now. He still thinks he can beat me. He has the speed, but definitely not the endurance!

I've been working crappy hours, so I haven't really been alive lately. I have a baby shower in Harrisburg tomorrow, but I'll be seeing some friends that I haven't seen in more than a year, so I'm excited!

I did actually read everything, I promise!

Samantha, I'm glad you're back on track (or really, that you never left it). I'm so amazed at runners. I'm sure you'll beat Greg with time to spare.

lissa, I know! I had food poisoning last week and the pounds just melted off! I wish they'd melt off as easily when I'm actually eating food, though. :-P

On the plus side, the lost weight got me off a plateau (if you can even call it that, after only losing 7 pounds previously) I seem to have been on, and got my ready to get back to work. We're also enjoying a rare sunny day (it's the rainy season here), so I'm hoping to find a bit of time to take a nice long walk this evening.

Happy Friday, everyone!

Wow, I have been reading since page 2!!

I am down to 230 today! And I really want to stay below that...220's are soooo close. However, it is the weekend and I'm scared I am going to mess it up because I'm always up during the weekend. I'm going to try my hardest to stay on track and not stress about it. I want to see 229 so bad.

Jenny, potato nachos sounds interesting!...and yummy...and something that will not let me reach the 220's...haha!

Chele, I do not like mice either, but just keep thinking...he is more scared of you than you are of him. You can do it!! LOL!

Heather
