I also have back fat which kills me!

And its totally not even about the bra, there are bra's that help some what, but the fat is there and there is no hiding it.

Since starting my weight-loss journey and taking picture and video progress logs, I am just starting to notice the "Back Boobs" going away. Yay, its a lot of work but you have just got to stick with your workout routine. You can do it!
