10/24 done! Feeling great - but if I don't start doing 2-a-days, I have the feeling I'm not going to make my goal. Eek!
C25K is going awesome - today I'll be running the last week 4 workout.
I can already feel my legs getting firmer and my pants aren't fitting quite as snug around the waist. Just kinda sucks that it's not showing on the scale (166.6 this AM - not enough off to change the ticker to three pounds down. Booo!)
Also...I've been saying I'm going to do South Beach, but haven't started. Whoops. Maybe I'll go grocery shopping today?
