i wasn't going to count it as a workout, but when i realized i was as out of breath and sweating as much as i was at zumba last night, i figured it should count...plus i really danced for 2 hours, but figure minus all the slow dances, it was probably about 45. next time i'm going to wear my pedometer so i can get more of an idea.
6/20 (Monday) - about 50 minutes upper body weights at the gym and abs
7/20 (Tuesday) - 45 minute cardio at gym - switch between hills on treadmill and precor
Wednesday - rest, but did a TON of walking through Caeasar's lugging a suitcase the whole time.
8/20 (Thursday) - 45 minute walk down the Vegas strip. Pretty low key but I ran up escalators the wrong way about 4 times. That was surprisingly REALLY hard and got my HR up throug the rest of the walk.
