Okay so I'm at 2/20 (yeah I'm a slacker) currently.
I did a 30 min lower body work out with the trainer last night (included sumo squats, wall squats, lunges onto a bosu ball, reverse crunches, crunches ON the bosu ball, etc, etc....
Today I will be going for another session for upper body. Will fill you guys in then!!!
