183.4 today...the 170s are getting closer and closer..

183.0 today... plan on working my butt off this weekend (literally i hope). I want to reach the 170's next week so badly.

Maintained 181.5 today and I'll be walking around all day at the theme park for Fright Fest. Hopefully the calories I burn off will put me closer to the 170s - so close! I'm determined not to eat anything at the theme park. We're eating lunch before we go and bringing dinner with us.

just getting myself back into forum... after 2 month vacation in Greece and completely rushing back into school & work, well i've maintained, and lost a couple pounds, but i need the support from here to fully make it to my goal(s)!
ill weigh tomorrow, and get an official weight, but last weight in 2 days ago was 182.5lb |
181.8 this morning :) 2 more lbs and I'm on my way to the 170's. I'm soooo excited.

Up a half pound today, which I expected because I didn't drink enough water to go with how much walking we did yesterday. Hopefully this week I'll hit the 170s!

Well, I am still here. I am so sick of the 180's thread. But this week I am going out of here, no questions asked. My plan- 1. My coworker is on vacation all week, therefore, I will have NO temptations. 2. My husband leaves for work for 2 weeks in the morning. Again, no temptations. 3. I am going to work out 6 days this week with a friend. If I am not out of here by Sunday next week, I might attempt an at home abdominoplasty. (not really, just a joke!)

LOL @ jaimie. That is so funny..I was thinking the same exact thing lol. I'm sure you will get out by next week. I'm hoping for the same thing..I weighed in this morning at 181.8! Good luck!

182.8 ... up a little from before. These 180's are killing me. I need to put forth more effort. I have been primarily (besides the occasional walk after work) losing by just watching what/how much I eat. Of course now that I have less to lose it's coming off slower and slower. I really need to start moving more but I have very little motivation to do so. I want to look good and feel good and have muscles and be strong but I need to find a way to kick my self into gear. !!
