Default So close to my mini goal I set when I first started!!

When I first started my "diet" I set a mini goal to be at 157 by may 2(my anniversary is the 8 and I wanted to look and feel HOT). I've only got 5lbs to go to get there and I'm so excited that I might actually be able to reach that goal!! I know that it will be alot of hard work these next two weeks but I think I can do it and i'm going to give it my all...

Wow! You're so close! Like Pink said, you've lost a lot and should feel hot even if you don't manage those 5lbs. You've done amazing job!

Thanks!! Your all right and even if I don't lose all 5 I will still have done an awesome job and I am/will be proud of this accomplishment. I never thought I could stick with it like I have and really make the lifestyle change for the long run..

5 pounds in two weeks, oh yea you can do this girl!!! I'm sure you will look fantastic either way, because you have done so well!! But keep your mind set on what you've been doing and those 5 lbs will melt away by your anniversary! Oh, and congrats on your anv. as well!!! Best wishes!

Well my lunch today definately won't help any! I took my kids to McD's for lunch and got a big mac and unsweet tea. My eyes popped out of my head when I read how many calories are in the big mac. That's the first time I've had it since the beginning of the year and now I'm not sure I'll ever eat it again. I'd just rather eat 540 cals of something else that I know it's so bad for me and that taste much better! I can hear the elliptical calling me name for this evening already..

Hey Zephyr! Sorry this is a little off-topic, but whereabouts in PA do you live? I'm in southwest PA and I'm from upstate NY, so I've got mad Pennsylvania pride

In more relevant news--five more pounds by the second seems very doable. But even if you don't quite make it, your progress so far is really admirable! You can see that I'm at your starting weight and I would love to be twenty-four pounds lighter! AWESOME job so far!

Zephyr - you can do it, but don't get cocky and think you can slack now. I know I have that problem. I get close to a mini goal and think its okay to "slack" because I'm so close!!!! You've got this girl and you're almost down 30 lbs!!!! That's no joke!!!

Also - hope the Big Mac doesn't upset your tummy!
