How often do you measure?

I measure waist, thigh, bicep. I've only started doing it about a month ago so I just did my initial measurement I think on the 25th-ish of March, then I did another one on the 1st of this month and there was a little change. I did one today and no change. I have been steadily losing though.

I was wondering how often do you measure and how often does it change and by how much?

I always feel like it's not accurate ... like I'm not measuring in the same spot each time

I usually measure once a month.
I feel the same way you do about not always measuring the same spot. I have finally found one use for moles. They guide me to where I need to measure.

I had planned to measure and take progress pics every two weeks. However, I've done it every three weeks or so. I measure in a lot of places though. Biceps, bust, waist, hips, thighs, calves and neck. There's always been a difference in every place (not much in some areas, but a difference).

i never measure. I guess i should start doing it....I did a few months ago because a thread on here was asking for numbers. I was pretty surprised at my measurements, they seamed smallish.

I don't remember when I took my first measurements. It was around the time the measurement twin thread popped up. I had written it on my dry erase board in my bedroom but i didnt put a date on it. I measured a week or 2 ago and made sure to put the date on it. I'm thinking once a month and maybe once every 10 lbs or so?

I'm TRYING to take progress pics per 10 lost.

Inches usually go much slower than pounds do, so once a month is usually good for measuring. Sometimes I'll have little or no change. The most is an inch or half an inch at a time.
