My first NSV!... Kinda!
 

So, after learning what an NSV (non-scale victory) was, I recently had one! ...well, kinda. I am at 191 right now. This means that in my group of friends, I am no longer the heaviest one! My friend James is 210 pounds (and fine looking at it, he's also like 6'0", lol) but the very fact that I am no longer "The biggest one" had me in tears yesterday. So, I guess this is kind of a scale-related victory but only inadvertently!

Also, my favorite pajama shorts fit again. THAT is a total NSV.:woohoo:

Congrats! I have found that I am happier and feel more successful when I focus on things like NSVs rather than the scale. Keep up the good work! :)
