Whose using the plastic suit that makes you sweat ALOT?

So I bought one of those plastic suits that help you sweat more and mannnnnnnn let me tell you...That thing is something serious! I don't think i've ever sweat as much as I did last night! I had to take that thing off in the shower because there was so much sweat in it!

I don't know how effective those suits are because it's not burning calories, only dehydrating you, so you will drink back what you sweat out. Be careful and stay hydrated.

plastic sauna suits work purely by increasing your sweat rate and water loss. You DO NOT lose any extra fat, you only dehydrate yourself. You will weigh less on the scale but will gain it all back once you drink water again. In the meantime, wearing the suit impairs your body's ability to regulate your core temperature- they have been associated with severe dehydration, heat stroke, and DEATH! martin lawrence (comedian/actor) almost died in one of these
In addition, even if you work extra hard to keep hydrated while wearing the suit, the lack of ability to control your body temp will lead to worsened exercise performance and you will actually burn less calories from your workout than you would otherwise
