slippery slope
I'm writing this because I've been on a dangerous slope. I haven't been tracking or working out as hard as I was doing and I want so bad to get back on track. I just need something to motivate me. I"m running my first half marathon on Sunday and I'm hoping that will give me a push in the right direction. How have you gotten past a slump? What has pushed you through it?
Any advise is appreciated. |
