i'm 5'4.5 & i am aiming for 120 .. even though i hope to get lower. i have a super small frame - i'm a size 2 & 26 inch waist right now. any extra weight is in my stomach/ butt.

5'2 and aiming for 130.
It is on the higher end of normal for me, when I get them I might go a bit lower just so I have room to go up and down but I will see. I don't know if I am meant to be super skinny, but I dunno - never been there!
I am 5ft even. My goal right now is 140, which is what I weighed in high school. But once I get there I might go even farther to about 125. I have big boobs (even at 140 I was a large C or small D and I gotta a butt), so I am not sure if I would look got at 125 or if my body would get that small. I am just going to get to 140 and work on toning once I am there.
I'm 5'1" ... Right now my first big goal is 165. I'll take it from there and figure where I want to go. I have a medium to large frame....kinda in between. I haven't been down that low in soooo many years that I have no clue what I would look like. I also have big boobs and have always been curvy... My reward when I hit 165 is my first tattoo... I finally figured out what I want and now I'm going to use it as my reward.
i've been in the 20s and still felt huge... so i'd like to get lower than that... around 100? 90... if there is a god. but like others have said i wasnt working out so i am definitely willing to trade pounds gained in exchange for nice muscle tone
I'm 5'2" with a medium frame. I'm pretty bottom heavy with thunder thighs, hips, a butt, and a tummy. My ultimate goal is to be under 135, which is healthy for me. I've never been there, being overweight all of my life. Right now my goal is 125 to be able to say that I've lost 100lbs. I think for maintenance as I get older I will stay closer to 130lbs. My ultimate goal is to have a nice, toned flat tummy!

OK I'm 5'2 I have a medium(possibly small frame) My goal is 135, but I can see being in the 120's, but I have to ask...where do you live that adult women weigh less that 100 lbs? Unless they're seriously tiny(or under 5 feet tall), 90 lbs is going to be underweight for most adult women. Being underweight is no more healthy than being overweight.
I'm not trying to make you feel bad, I'm just wondering why such a low goal, are the other women around you this tiny?
I'm 5'4.5" with a small frame. Unfortunately, even when I played soccer in highschool and was 140 I still had a large abdomen and looked like I needed to lose some weight, so I'm aiming for 125. I haven't been this weight since middle school, but I think it would be good for me. We'll see if I ever get to that goal.
I'm 5'2 and my goal weight is 120 pounds. I started at the end of January and at first I found it frustrating because I wasn't losing at all. I was exercising really hard and eating maybe 1100 calories a day. Then once I started eating more I having been losing about 2 pounds a week. With the help of trader joes I have been able to make a lot of really delicious food that are very low calorie. I also walk on the treadmill at varying intervals for about an hour a day. I have always been very hourglass shaped and thankfully I have been losing from what seems like all over, specially my stomach.
Another 5'2" here.. I am also aiming for around 130, which is the higher end of my "normal" BMI. When I was in highschool I was 116, but I honestly don't think I could maintain that.
I was down to 135 a few years ago and my clothes fit great and I was happy with myself. My DH likes curves so I think that is a good goal for me
I'm 5.4 - I consider myself to have a large frame - I don't have a ruler right now so I can't calculate my wrist circumference, but if I try to wrap my fingers around my wrist, they do NOT reach my thumb, not even close.
I think I'm aiming for 140...I was 160 in high school and looking at pictures I was happy with that, but I just want to see if I can get to a "normal weight" for my frame.

My mom's about 5'2" and is 98 lbs. At that size she wears a small top, and size 4 bottoms. So she's small, but not itty bitty, tiny. Her doctor has said that she could loose a few if she wanted, but she's happy where she is. She is so fine boned and tiny that when she weighs over 100 lbs she looks heavy. She is the definition of petite!
