NSV- Measurements

  • Ok, so I took the advice of you all and am doing measurements for now instead of the scale (as getting on it would probably not help my weightloss mindset). In the last week I've lost around 1 inch from my thighs, 1 inch from my middle stomach and 1/2 inch from my upper stomach (blasted hips/butt stayed put) AND Tom made his appearance yesterday when I measured so I was probably bloated. I know it isn't much but I'm excited that eating right this week and working out 5 of the days last week did something!

    I took my measurements at the end of last month (2 weeks after my official start date) and decided I'll do them again at the end of this month. I'm trying so hard to hold out and your post gives me a bit of a hope of YEAH that will be a nice NSV. Thank you for the boost! Lol.
  • Thanks! I'm thinking about measuring every two weeks from now. It is odd but I can feel that inch I lost in the way I sit down (or maybe I'm just imagining it). LOL!
