Wii fit?

Does anyone know if this is any good? I used to run for exercise but now I have a 2 year old and 3 month old twins it is going to be a while before I canget back into it. I thought about getting a treadmill but they take up so much space. Hubby suggested that I get a wii and wii fit as they are all physically active games and would help me to get some exercise...

Does anyone know if these are actually any good? Would playing on the wii really give me enough exercise each day?

Wii Fit is good for the yoga and some other things, but to me it's more like a game and isn't really a great workout. However, I'm obsessed with EA Sports Active. It's a fabulous workout, and really motivated me to stick with a training program for the first time in my life. After completing the 30 day challenge in the original Personal Trainer and the 6 week challenge in More Workouts, I went outside and jogged for 20 min, something I've never been able to do before in my life!

I've had it since christmas and while I haven't been able to use it as much as I would have liked due to school, I have enjoyed it.
While you may not get as much exercise as if you were truly doing cardo at a gym or outside, it is nice when you don't have other options to get a little something in.
