Yup. I don't do it with junk food any more so much as the 'in between' items. Things like bread, cream of wheat, etc. Stuff that just has too many calories for how much it fills me and/or things that I tend to overeat, even though they're healthy.

lol i do this with groceries.. clothes.. you name it! i can be indecisive.

Yep! I'm a HUGE putter backer! And like Christina said above... it's not just with food (that actually was just added to my Putter Backer list now that I'm health conscious)!

Too funny! I'm more of an avoider...go in with a list and try to stay away from an aisle with something in it I know I want to grab that I don't need (i.e., the chip asile). I started to walk towards it then changed my mind yesterday, irritating the people behind me I'm sure.

I tryyy and stick to my list. But I'm definitely one of those who will go to the cookie aisle or whatever, stare at it, pick it up, read the label, decide if its really worthy of me buying it, and 9 out of 10 times just put it back without going anywhere. I'm also the same way with clothes. It doesn't even matter if it's only 10 bucks or something. I'll stare at it and say "Will I really wear this? Do I really want it?" and occasionally put it back. I'm SO glad I'm not the only one!

LOL It takes me forever. I'm a taking up space shopper. I stare forever at the food, and pick it up and read the nutrtion labels and look for the lowest price, and compare the bigger one with the smaller one and add up any savings. Plus I'm a college student and on a budget so I add everything up in a calculator as I shop so if it goes in the cart I have to stop and add it into my calculator.
