Does anyone remember me?
Used to come here a lot during the summer
then I dunno what happened and I totally stopped. Buttt I never forgot about this site or any of you since you all are awesome and so supportive. I wish I could say I lost since then! but.......:( well, I did lose but then I got lazy (wooo hoo laziness!) and I was doing so well, I lost inches and everything but then the laziness came in and I noticed my waist expand back to what it used to be and weight came back, like 6-7 lbs but I haven't checked recently, too recently anyway. I'm afraid ... :( and it really really sucks so I decided to get back into the loop and not going to be lazy anymore. I won't lose my health to an adjective! :mad: I refuse! lol Yeah so anyway, I noticed that when I was losing inches and all it was because I started running. I'm going to start running again (since I obviously stopped :( ) hopefully I get the same results-or better! P.S- I just got my *thing* today. I feel so bloated and sluggish. This sucks :( oh well, I hope you all are doing amazingly well. I missed you guys:hug: |

I remember you! You and I were h-coring it during the summer, I think we probably both disappeared around the same timeish. I just came back myself. I started to slide back a bit in the opposite direction... nothing TOO major, but... I was 5 lbs away from goal... then 6.... then 7... then 8... and I started to panic, so here I am! You know, I don't know that many people walk away from 3FC (an awesome support system) and lose a tonne of weight before coming back. At least... I feel like when I walk away from 3FC, it's because I'm being bad, and I don't have anything to celebrate, and don't want to be reminded of how LAZY I'm being! SO. Welcome back! and kudos to you for refusing to give in to an adjective, and I AGREE! You and me sistah, let's kick some butt here, and lose some weight. As for being afraid to weigh yourself... I know everyone says to just get it over with... I go with a different mentality. I say... be absolutely perfect eating, drinking water and workout-wise for three days... and THEN get it over with. At least then you're not looking at excess sodium water weight! :) And definitely wait until your rag is over, I always gain tonnes when I'm on mine! :welcome: BACK! |

Jelbb!!! :) that is so awesome how close you have gotten to your goal. Yeah I know what you mean, I feel like stepping away from this place wasn't a good idea! but no more of that.
