March Challenge
Hey Ladies,
I need this. Just need to focus on kickin *** for the next 31 days. My weight loss goal for this month is -10lbs. My fitness goal is 1400 minutes of exercise. I'm gonna track my weight and minutes daily as a way to stay accountable each day. If you wanna join in PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do. You know how it is, the more the merrier. I know there are other challenges out there but I'm looking for something that really focuses on I month and puts me out there for all to see (which makes me wanna work my butt off). I'll join you! My goal is to be down to 140lbs by the end of march. That's a little over 8lbs. Exercise wise, I want to keep going to spin class twice a week and exercising the other days if possible.

Okay, I am in! I will try to lose 10lbs this March, and get in at least 6 mi a week!

I'm in! I need to get back into gear after I sort of twiddled my thumbs all February. My goal is to get out of the 160s (as I'm at 165 it is a 6 pound loss), if I reach that, then the second one would be to make it a 10 lb loss for the month, putting me at 155!!! I also want to be in the gym 5 days a week, and keep up my strength training.

Count me in. My goal is no pop for the entire month (or in other words, water every single day)! And if i can get past this stupid 253 that i have been stuck on for a month then I will be elated. If i see 240 something instead of 250 something I will probably cry! So I am starting with 5 pounds for the month..and if I get that then I will move to 10 lbs.

Count me in! I've been waiting for a challenge to be able to hop on to! My goal is to lose five pounds this month. My official weigh-in is tomorrow, but all of my other peeks at the scale show that I might have had a big end-of-TOM whoosh, so five pounds off will probably be in the range of 123-124 pounds.
I will go to the gym every other day, and my big big diet goal is to eat no processed sugar product this month. It's a big vice of mine... I used to put more than eight packets of sugar in one 16-oz coffee. Hopefully that'll make these five pounds easier. |
My goal is to lose 7 pounds in March in be at 150...maybe even 149. Heres to hoping!
