Loving the pics of all you guys! I ran my first 5k Saturday WITH my boyfriend which was an added bonus that he got to stay longer and participate with us. I cant say that I ran the entire thing because I didn't want to run ahead and leave my sister behind but overall it was a huge accomplishment for all of us!
This is about 1.5 years ago with my roommate at the time playing around with kiddie toys:
I'm probably about the same or a few pounds more than I was in those pictures. I er, like to avoid cameras so I don't have any good current body photos.

My friend posted some pictures from last night. (we MAY have had a few drinks...) And looking at it - I look happy, confident, and healthy. I think I'm finally coming to the understanding that I look alright. I think my skewed body image is finally going away. I just have to believe in myself more. It's going to be tricky to maintain my confidence this next month while I have this stuipd air cast on my foot and can't run. But I'm going to do my best, and I'm so glad I have all of you here to support me!
