At the moment I'm 35 (bust) 25 (waist) 38 (hips) at 5'7 (can anyone say pear?? :P)

Ideally I'd like to be 35-24-37 which is achievable however I kind of like where I am.

...I have been 34-22.5-36 but that was at 110 pounds on a 5'7 frame and it was NOT a pretty sight!

I'm currently at 37.5-29-42, I would like to be at 36-27-39. I would even love to shave my hips even more but I'm quite the big bottom, big hips girl.

And they say the hip to waist ration of .7 or less is ideal for a woman, but I had a .69 hip to waist ration when my bmi was 29.something. Teetering obese and healthy hip/waist? So not everyone can rely on that to see if they are healthy.

My waist to hip ratio basically doesnt change no matter what weight I am - at 180 pounds it was still 0.67. My body is just built that way.

That's how I am too--except my waist to hip ratio stays around .87-.89...which according to that calculator, is "unhealthy", but it's just the way I'm built...I could have 15% body fat and be completely ripped, but I'd still have the same ratio.

I know everyone says to focus on measurement not weight but idk...I don't really think about measurements ever. I actually haven't taken them. I more or less have an overall goal of what I want in terms of size and body fat percentage that I think correlates with my goal. Again, still have to talk to trainers but have been sick so have not been going to strength and conditioning as I've been banned by the staff because they fear I'm going to infect every athlete at the University of Alabama...lol....
