I was at 203 this morning! Very excited because I've been at 205 steady for awhile now. I hope it keeps up!

Hey all, I have a four-day week so today is my Friday. Not a moment too soon either-- I am so beyond tired it isn't even funny. I went to a Wednesday Level 1-2 yoga class instead of my usual Monday one. The instructor was much younger than my other one, probably younger than me, and therefore gave us a thorough workout. I know you're not supposed to be sore after yoga but I was most definitely sore. It made it just a bit more awkward that even after losing almost 20 lbs I still have no stamina and couldn't hold poses as long as anyone else. Anyone else relate to this? fiveminutes- Wow that's a long time. I think the most I've spent in a day studying is probably 5-6 hours, maybe a little more. The paper yesterday though was supposed to be a really simple paper, but then I ended up doing a ton of research for it and it took twice as long. My eyes were killing me by the time I left the computer lab. Speaking of studying, must overcome inertia and go to the gym and to the library. Happy almost weekend to all of you! M |
Try studying for multiple hours everyday for a test you arent even taking til June...it royally sucks.. I'd take undergrad back anyday

oh yea..weighed in at 200.8 today...didnt really eat that great today so we will see what the scale says tomorrow!

Apparently I would too, cause this is my second undergrad degree. Then hopefully I can go for my phD. At that point it'll make the studying I'm doing seem like child's play. :) I gained back the 3 lbs I lost when I was not eating and sick a few weeks ago. Gotta lose them the honest way, I guess. Yesterday was not the most horrible of eating days, but not great either. I brought dinner to my boyfriend last night, trying to alleivate the stress he's had lately. It worked, we had a wonderful evening, but I ate just a touch more than I had intended. I did note though that I am eating less than I did at the start of my weight-loss journey, so it's not a total loss. I have my bellydancing class this evening. I am totally psyched. M |
Oh boy...don't even want to know what the scale reads at the end of this week!

Sam- Keep your head up! you will get there...we have all had set backs... believe me I have gained and lost the same five pounds many times..

Ugh, well thanks to my over indulgence and partying this week I was up a lot. As of 5 min ago I'm up to 208.5 for 206. Time to get back on track, and say no to going out for a few drinks! lol.

Hii all, I seriously cant remember the last time i was below 200 (had to be very young im only 21). But anyways I hope to be out of the 200's by the summertime. Im gonna drink more water and exercise...I hate both but I know I need them to get where i wanna be :(

QTest (I forgot your nameee, sorry) - See! Six pounds gain was a lie! It's ok to indulge in a few drinks every once in awhile. You need it. And, you're almost there!
I want to see this 2 gone by the end of the month. That would be GREAT. I think my TOM is this week. Since I've been working out, my TOM is late by like a week :( Wah. |

I'm in! I moved out of my parents' house last May, and gained like 40 pounds in a short amount of time. I weighed myself a few days ago and expected to be at 245, but I was actually at 224.5, so that was a great surprise! Here are my mini-goals:
1) Be under 220. 2) Be under 210. 3) Be under 200. So, when I get to 199, I'll start rethinking things. But I'm hoping I will have gone down a size by that time! We can do this! |
