I'm re-committing!
Not that I've fallen off the wagon but I've gotten lax with my eating over the last two weeks. Thankfully I haven't really gained anything. Only .4 lbs and even had TOM but .4 lbs can easily turn into 2 or 3 or 5, etc. I need to keep going and feel like I even needed to go through the last week of "bad" eating to rejuvinate myself for this week. I'm "starting" over and getting serious again!
I just needed to put that out there for my own sake. I figured if I said it then I'd stick with out!
