I need accountability!!
 

My long lost loves, I'm back! At least for now... :(

I'm so sad that I've been gone for so long...I don't even remember when my last post was! But I'm ready to start my journey again--I fell off a while ago, and I've felt terrible ever since. Bad food, binges, bad nutritional choices...but it's time to put my foot down (again).

So I'm gonna need support! I'm going to try and sign on daily to keep up with all of you! :)

So it feels good to be back! Also, I'll be posting more in my blog...starting soon!

Welcome back! I'm the same way: when I stop coming here I lose accountablity and fall right off the wagon! It's great that you caught yourself before you gained a lot of weight back.
