So, I started my diet back up last Monday. Before that I had binged for a couple of weeks. While I would love to tell you that I started up again due to a desire to be healthy, in actuality, I just haven't been hungry.
I've always been one of those people who LOVES food. I think about what I'm going to eat far before it's time to eat it. If I have a bag of chips open I'll keep eating it until it's all gone. But for the past two weeks I've had no desire to eat stuff. For instance, I'll get hunger pangs and I'm like, oh I haven't eaten yet! What should I have? And the second I start to think about food the hunger pang goes away. I've never in my life had a hunger pang before because I've never not eaten before (did that make sense?).
Has anyone else ever experienced this? I'm still eating my minimum amount of calories every day but only because I know I should-not because I WANT to. I can't decide if this is normal (i.e. the way skinny people always feel) or if something is wrong with me...lol. Sad that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
