I'm New!!

Hello all!
Can I just say how excited I am to find this community?? I think this could really be my push to get into shape. I finally hit my breaking point yesterday when I stood on the scale and almost cried. This isn't the most I have weighed, but it's certainly not where I want to be.

Yesterday I decided to go back on weight watchers - although I am not going to meetings or paying for it. I've been on the program before and know how it all works. Since we are a community and I am counting on you all to keep me in check, my stats: height: 5'8, starting weight: 150.8, current (as of this morning): 148.8, goal weight: 135

If anyone has any advice on how to stay motivated, I would really appreciate it. My issue is that I am unemployed and have become so lethargic sitting around looking for jobs and watching re-runs! All of my friends and family live at least 1/2 hour away so it's not easy to get together and work out.

Welcome!

What keeps me motivated is daily or weekly accountablity with some of the threads- I post in the exercise thread on this forum, and I occassionally post on the binge-free challenge thread in the "Chicks in control" forum. It's a big motivator for me to not want to have to start my no-binge count over again, or to post that I didn't get all of my exercise in.

Glad your here!! I just jumped on the band wagon again on WW also :) I'm not going to meetings this time either, I'm just doing it at home. I hope to make it back to meetings again one day but I'm just so busy and the meetings I loved going to are 30 min. away lol so the timing just isn't right. The last time I did WW I lost 60 lbs (back in 2007) and I was a faithful 3FC threader. I love this site because it is such a motivational and supportive place. I always recommend it to everyone if I know they are trying to lose weight. This is my first week back and I've been doing pretty good and when I weighed myself to get my starting weight I realized I had lost 20 lb's since the last time I weighed lol. I was pretty stoked! Good Luck!
