Hey Girls,

Honestly, I have been creeping on all of you for a few weeks, but haven't had the courage to post yet. I feel like you all are the popular girls of my weight loss high school! lol. I'm just looking for general support to help me lose my 50 pounds!

This is a great place to be and I too lurked for wks before I joined and I am happy that I have. I feel like these ladies have helped me to keep me motivated to get to where I am. There is so much advice so soak it all in...Good luck to you sweetie
