I chose my goal because I can't remember the last time I weighed 135 and because it was mid-way for my height. I figure I'd be happy between 120 and 145, so if I want to be a bit thinner I gave myself some leeway. Also because 135 is 155 less than what I started with and it'd make it easier to track in 5 pound increments

like most people it seems i chose mine on what weight i was in high school/college, i also know for my height it will be a healthy bmi.

I chose mine based on a 20 bmi. So for me that's 135. Also, I want to be able to fit into a size 6 or so and I think being 135 will let me do that.

I chose mine mainly because it's in the middle of the healthy weight range for my height (22.0 bmi). I knew I wanted to be in the 130's, and I recently chose 132. Partly because it would give me some leeway while staying in the 130's when I'm maintaining, and partly because it will mean exactly 55 lbs lost.

I chose mine as 120 because it's about the middle of my normal range which is 98 lbs to 132 lbs. The last time I was at a weight I was happy with was back when I was a junior in high school. I weighed between 125 lbs to 130 lbs before gradually gaining about 130 lbs in ten years. I have a small to medium frame so I was still a bit chubby.

If I can reach and maintain between 115 lbs to 125 lbs, I'd be thrilled.

i chose 150 because that would put me at a healthy weight for my height. overall I would like to reach 130 byt this time next year.
