Default Anybody else stuck in the 220's?!
Just when i think I'm out they suck me back in!

I was 218, 2 days ago, been working out and eating clean now back at 220. WTF??!?!? Please someone explain to me why this happens. Am i the only one?

I have been in the 220's for a whole month it feels like... I was stuck at 229 then it would say 227 then back to 229 for the past I dunno how long...today I weighed in it and it was a nice surprise 226... and then after the gym it was 224.8... You will get out of the 220's for good in no time...

also the scale is a crazy crazy thing...check it again tomorrow and I'm sure you will be surprised
