What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm done feeling sorry/bad about myself. I'm better than this and it's about time I prove it.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past, well this time im actually following a plan and being watched whereas the other times i was just like 'hey im going to try and eat healthy' but that would only last a few days and then i would cheat or just give up because i have seen any results.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I feel more motivated. It is encouraging to see this question, bc it lets me know that I'm not the only one who has failed before.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I love/need encouragement. I want to feel great about myself and become a more confidant woman!

It basically began with being unemployed for such a long time (going on 2 years in January). I'm studying for the Florida BAR now and decided to stop my job search and concentrate on studying, and take care of myself.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I know great people are met in forums, and I would like some advice on how to go about losing weight. The different programs/diets, etc.

Following any specific plan: vegetarian diet with exercise 1-2 times a day 4 days a week for 30-45 minutes each time (45 mins if i only work out once, or 30 mins and then 45 mins if i work out twice)
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past:
I have stuck with my vegetarian diet for 6 months and with my exercise plan for almost 5 months. I want to make a change in my life and the only way to do that is to find things i enjoy and i enjoy being a vegetarian and i enjoy workout out at my college gym (it's huge!!! and there's lots to do!!)

I am finally excepting openly that I CAN do this and that I CAN be in control of what I eat and I CAN feel and look how I want to!
