Following any specific plan: No added Sugar, counting calories
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I have never cut out sugar before, and I am logging all the food I eat. I have tried to many times to lose weight only to fail. Failure is not an option this time.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: BINGE EATING! I love food, love eating and absolutely love that feeling when you've eaten so much that you can't move... terrible I know
Following any specific plan: I am ensuring that I eat breakfast in the mornings. Thn eating small meals and 2 snacks throughout the day.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I have finally acknowledged that I have a binge eating problem, and I mainly eat when I am bored. I am also hoping that the support of this community will help me.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss:i love food. it's my security blanket, it's there for me when i'm happy, sad, bored. i'm italian and i feel like that's just how i was raised, there's always food surrounding me and i've never really said no until now...i'm just going to say not as much!
Following any specific plan:exercising about 4 to 5 days a week and sort of following weight watchers. i eat a lot of the smart ones and try to follow the points that way
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: i'm sick of being overweight. i just broke up with my boyfriend and i had gotten used to being told i was beautiful and that i didnt need to change. now that i'm single and no longer hear that as often, i've realized that i may not need to change but that i want to for myself.
Anything else you would like to share with us: good luck to everyone! i just read that within the past year, not one state in the US had their average person lose weight, let's change that stat!

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I love love love to cook, so the hardest part is not eating as much as I want of what I do cook.
Following any specific plan: Starting the first 20 lbs on slimfast to help curb my appetite and help me to be able to eat less. Then it's going to be will power!
im new to this site too, so havent really got the hang of it either!
I;ve just turned 21 and I started my weight loss last july, where i started at 220, im now 166 (well as of four weeks ago, i;ve been at uni with no scales so i may have lost/gained!) and the last 20 pounds or so is definately going to be my hardest as weight loss has totally slowed down. so i definately need motivating to stay on the straight and narrow so would be cool to track successes/downfalls with someone in a similar situation!
Im currently on day 13 of jillian michaels 30 day shred, but like i say have no scales until the end of the week so dont know how well its going...but ive lost 4 inches already which is a plus!

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am actually sticking to it! I have made it to the gym faithfully for a month- that is more than I have ever done! I even think I kind of like it, but don't tell anyone!
