Well, I did and I haven't forgiven myself for it. I need to do this for my health. I'm 25, and I get severe chest pains. I'm depressed, which I think is mostly due to my weight. Anything else you would like to share with us: Believe it or not, I do have a BS in Exercise Science. The one thing that I EVERY professor said: Weight loss can only be obtained by calories out equally more than calories in. That's the magical formula. However, through my own experiences, I have learned that each person needs an individual plan in order to make that happen. Whether it's pilates, a vegetarian diet, or cutting out sugar, you need to figure out how you can and WILL consume less calories than you burn. |
