Okay, that's it! I'm going for a gym session today :D Not done anything for about two days as I've felt completely shattered after moving house but there is a point when you need to stop resting...

I don't really get a "high," more like I'm returned to normal after exercise. I feel blah and sick if I don't, and get really bad mood swings, but a half hour on the treadmill keeps me stable :D

sometimes if i'm in a bad mood I'll work out just so I can feel better. lol.
