Back, and Frustrated

I have been around the boards for some years now, and in the past I've done well for a few months, then there is a big life change that throws me off. The most recent is I just had a baby. I now weigh 230 lbs, and my goal is 150. I have 80 lbs to lose. I am frustrated because I have no idea how to lose this weight. Between my commute, dropping/picking my son up from daycare, and work, I'm busy about 12-13 hours a day. When I'm home I want to spend time with my son and my husband who also works 50 hours a week. I have a wii fit that I used to use a lot, but now I feel like I barely have time to do anything. Any ideas?

They say that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% excercise. You can do this by controlling the portions you eat, not grabbing food on the go from a fast food place... Maybe you could go jogging with stroller, or have more active time with your Husband?

Maybe he could start taking son to and from daycare, to give you some fitness time?

Maybe you could buy some weights for when you have free moments at home?

Mom and 50 hrs a week at work! That's so busy! I wish you all the best!
