Default So fustrated right now!

I feel like I am sabotaging myself a little! I am so close to getting into the 150's and I am craving sooo many bad things today. I have no junk food around but what I do have can make me go over my calories! GRRR I have a weigh in tomorrow and I am depressed cuz the scale didn't move yet this week. I did have my period but it ended yesterday. Well anyhow just needed to rant and now I will pick myself up and keep going. Anyone else feel like this?

Ugh, yes. Some days I just want cookies or a big bag of chips SOOO bad. I know they won't make me feel better and I know I'll just feel bad after eating them (physically and emotionally), yet this perfectly sound logic doesn't seem to affect my cravings for unhealthy junk food at all.

rosekeet I know! Its like I am constantly thinking of food from the moment I wake up till I go to sleep on the weekends. My hubby is away and I have nothing to do but sit at home with my daughter

But I had a boost today! I am down my pound for the week So I am happy right now. Its worth the struggle! Thanks for listening
