Beside trying to reach goal, mine are:
*Pay off my car (2.5 yrs early)
*Pay off most of DH's car (5yrs early)
*Stop listening & believing office gossip

Most people write about what they want to do for their New Year's Resolution. Well, to change it up a bit, I'm going to write about what I want to stop doing.

1. I want to stop depending on others for my happiness.

2. I want to stop turning to food every time time I'm sad, bored, happy, lonely, etc.

3. I want to stop regretting every decision I make.

4. I want to stop losing my faith every time life does me wrong.

5. I want to stop being lazy and get up and out alot more.

6. I want to stop worrying about what others think and do what makes me happy.

7. I want to stop living in the past and start looking towards my future.

8. I want to stop waking up every morning, dreading what horrible thing will go wrong next.

9. I want to stop standing on the sidelines.

10. I want to stop making lame excuses for why I won't lose weight.

11. I want to stop being in denial that I'll live forever, no matter what.

12. I want to stop treating myself like I'm worthless, even though waayyyyyy deeeep down inside I know I am not.

13. I want to stop harboring the pain I feel from the person that did me wrong.

14. I want to stop being afraid of doing things that can make my life better.

15. I want to stop acting like my problems are so much worse than anyone elses.

16. I want to stop being so damn stubborn all the time.

17. I want to stop being so selfish all the time.

18. I want to stop beating myself up for things I have no control over.

19. I want to stop being so judgmental of society.

Mine in a nutshell:
  • Devote more time each day to my studies (2 hours minimum)
  • Ensure I complete my assignments in advance so that I am not rushing around at the last minute
  • Learn a new skill, i.e. sewing
  • Finish paying off my debt
  • Read a minimum of ten books

My one and only resolution

BE DEBT FREE BY THE END OF THE YEAR!!!!!!!!

Man that will be one happy day when I get rid of my credit card debt
(Student loans not included, ill worry about those in December!)

1. Be more outgoing and social.
2. Do more than the minimum in my classes
3. Attempt to talk to at least one person in each of my classes.
4. Do more independent reading/research.
5. Smile more.
6. Enjoy life more and stop over-thinking everything.

Take 1 donation to Goodwill per week. It can be 1 item or 1 car load but every week something leaves my house and goes to Goodwill.

1. Simplify by keeping my environment clear in every way, shape and form of drama!

2. Make something beautiful for myself each day. It could be cleaning out a drawer I use frequently, maybe a vase of flowers, maybe washing my car, etc.

i want to:

1.) FIND A MAN!
2.) Start running
3.) Volunteer more
4.) Keep the ball rolling
5.) not think about weight loss and food all the time

I used to make every decision based on how it effected those around me, all I got out if it was 2 black eyes and having my roommate arrested, and ultimately ending up briefly homeless. I have resolved to only live for me. Make every decision based on my feelings, my emotions, and what I want to do.

Besides weight loss.
  • Get rid of all the Credit Card debt
  • Finish half my degree
  • Not put anything else on the credit cards
  • Lower my symptoms of PCOS
