I seem to have a problem understanding my size, but I actually am surprisingly accurate at seeing clothes and knowing if they'll fit me or not without even checking the size. I used to think I was lots fatter than some friends, and when I look back on photos ages later I wasn't at all, and at 196 I thought I wasn't THAT big, but taking my "before" picture was just horrifyingly eye opening! I mean my body looked like a box! Can't wait to lose 10lb more to take a new picture and start comparing Also I keep trying on a ring to notice change in finger fat

I definitely imagine myself as still in my 135 pound body until I look in the mirror or *aah!* see pictures of myself and see the 160s reality. I think it's because I was pretty comfortable at that weight (135), and I don't really feel like myself. My body doesn't feel like mine right now. Like my mind is trapped in someone else's bigger shell.

I was talking to my walking buddy about this the other morning. I see myself as GIGANTIC (!) but I know i'm not really that big. I think i'm just way harder on myself than I should be. I also think getting that idea of being larger than life will be something I'll need to work on

I have the opposite problem, I guess.

I see myself in the mirror and think I'm this stone fox, and then I see pictures or videos of myself, or even have other people tell me I look like I'm morbidly obese. It hurts. A lot.

But, it's all going to change. I know I'm losing weight already, because my work pants are starting to fall right off my behind end! :O
