Just feeling a little emotional...

I've been browsing the site for a while, looking at everyone success stories and mini goals met and I just became so overwhelmed I started crying for no apparent reason. I guess its just great to see everyone doing well and supporting each other.

Growing up I always knew people who were "on a diet" and I never saw them lose a pound, but this little community of people is all the proof anyone could need.

I know how that goes as I've often been the one "on a diet" not losing anything. It is really cool to see people losing. I think its especially cool because alot of us come from similiar weight situations and you look and people and see that they can do it, so why can't I? That's what's fun to see for me atleast.

I can get like that sometimes too. Its so amazing to see people succeeding with such a battle.
I also like how people are really postive. Its hard to continue moving forward some days but knowing its possible is super helpful
