Workout Buddies and Facebook
SO...
I was thinking that there have been all these work out buddy threads, and there was also that thread where we were all sharing our Facebook accounts...and I figured that maybe since not everyone can PM, it would be easier if we were to find a buddy in the thread and then talk through facebook messages (or PMs if you're able to)... So I guess what I'm going to do is post my stats here, as well as my facebook link and my AIM sn...and if anyone is interested in being a buddy they can message me however they'd like... and if you guys want to post your information in this thread as well so that other people can get into contact with you, I think that'd be awesome! MY STATS: weight: 202 height: 5'8" size: 16 pant (mostly) and an XL top workout type: what work out type? lol...I'm just at the point now where I'm starting to think about working out...and I'm still not quite sure where to begin. Body shape: I think i'm an hourglass, or close enough that I will be once I lose a bit more weight...lol...right now my biggest frustration is my huge giant flabby arms though. GOAL WEIGHT: 160 lbs...and from there, I MIGHT decide to try for 150 Facebook: www.facebook.com/divinefidelity AIM sn: DivineFidelity Right now I really need to be working on constantly journaling my food intake and keeping track of my points (I'm doing WW at home)...and I need to stop weighing every single day...and I need to develop (and stick to) a workout routine. I think having Facebook buddies is a great idea! I know for me, it is one of the first things I check every day! I'm just starting out on my weight loss journey and would love some people to talk to about it!
MY STATS: weight: 187 height: 5'4" size: 14 pant (mostly) and an L top workout type: Just starting to work out regularly... have lots of good DVD's and the Wii Fit Plus, just need to get myself into a routine!!! weight: 207 height: 5'6'' size: 18/20 pants, XL shirt workout type: C25K for cardio 3 times a week, getting ready to start using resistence bands for strength Body shape: Hourglass.... with the majority of my weight in my tummy and thighs GOAL WEIGHT: Main goal is 150 lb because that will put me at a healthy weight, but my "pefect" number is 135-140lbs I'm also starting back to school next semester so I am about to be CRAZY busy as I work full time and go to school part time. weight: 248 height: 5'7" size: pant size??? Umm.. Stretchy? Haha. I think a 22 last I checked. XL-1X top. Work-out type: kickboxing circuit training 2-3x a week, swimming once a week and jogging whenever possible. Dog walks everyday. Body shape: Blueberry! As in big and round lol. Nah, I'm starting to show some shape. weight: 186 height: 5'6'' size: 12 / L shirt workout type: I change it up but I do Jillian Michael's DVDs, & lots of elliptical/treadmill/stationary bike workouts Body shape: I don't think i have a body shape really...definitely more defined than where I started, but I don't know what that definition is yet. GOAL WEIGHT: My main goal is to be at 160 and then work towards that last 10 pounds (if possible) as part of maintenance.
