Freedomreins- I'm sure you'll be able to reach your goal in 2 weeks! Our bodies do weird things sometimes though so just keep going is what I always say!

170starting- Congrats!

-You are so close to goal I bet it feels amazing!

Hello ladies I weighed in at 156.6 this morning which is the same as yesterday so I'm content for today. I am really hoping to see 155 by Monday morning though.

Just curious what sizes are you ladies wearing now in the 150's? I'm a TOTAL pear shape so I wear a size 9 dress but a size 12 jeans...yeah I know that's two very distinct sizes lol but my body has always been weird like that.

Okay, so I changed my ticker because I saw 153.6 again this morning... I'm not sure I can reach 151 in two weeks since I'm losing so slowly but I will give it a shot!

Thank you for your help :)

I'm losing slowly as well. I'm hoping to go on a nice run today. I've noticed that I definitely shrink when I do a lot of cardio. I would love to see 149 by Valentine's Day, though I'm not sure if it will happen. I'm sure gonna try.

I'm wearing a 7/8, sometimes 6 in brands that run bigger. My frame is tiny so all my size comes from the extra weight.

Wild Vulpix 02-05-2010 04:09 PM

I'm about a size 12. Though it's really hard to tell! I have a couple size 12 jeans that are WAY too big and baggy, yet I also have some size 12 jeans that are too tight and I can hardly get the zipped up. Ugh!

I weighed in this morning at 153.8! Yaaay! I'm so close to my first goal of 153!!!

freedomreins 02-05-2010 06:21 PM

I'm a size 8 in jeans but I'm 5'9" which makes a difference I think. I have a 36A chest so all my weight is in my lower half! I wish I could transplant some of it and put it in my bra. :S

minorharmony 02-05-2010 07:53 PM

I'm a size 10 in dresses, and about a 12 in (most) jeans. To quote Love Actually, I've got thighs the size of tree trunks, plus a big frame, so I'll be interested to see how things go when I get down to the lower end of the 150s.

KurLEQ 02-06-2010 03:54 AM

Most of my jeans at this point are size 12. They are really baggy around my bum and thighs but I'm too much of a chicken to buy 10s.

kswood87 02-07-2010 02:48 PM

It's still so crazy to me to see how many different sizes we can be at and still weigh pretty much the same!

At least I feel a little more ok about where I am right now though I think I'm just really unhappy with my body at this point. Although I'm getting smaller I haven't really worked out much since I started losing weight and because of that my body looks exactly the same just smaller....I need to tone to get rid of all the jiggles!!

So I tried on a size 10 pair of jeans the other day and they totally fit!! I was actually surprised because the last time I tried these same jeans on not even 10 pounds ago they wouldn't even zip so woohoo to that! Also my weight has been all wacky this weekend I was at 156.6 then 158.0, and now 157.2. I definitely did not cheat at all so I'm chalking it up to water weight!

How is everyone else doing?

TinasGoal 02-07-2010 07:10 PM

Confession; I am not having a very good week. Too much alcohol this weekend and no exercise. I've done well today and vow to keep at it. I definitely need to turn things around to avoid disaster at weigh in on Wednesday

How is everyone doing?

:bravo::cheer: Congrats.

Congrats kswood! That's a huge achievement!!

I don't exercise much except for walking. I don't have a car so I walk everywhere - to uni, to the store, etc. I usually average about 40-50 minutes walking four days a week but I'd really like to do some more exercise, I just really dislike it, lol.

KurLEQ 02-08-2010 07:25 PM

freedomreins, I too walk everywhere. When I went on my diet I used to leave 5 minutes later so I'd be forced to walk faster.

Amba Dawn 02-08-2010 07:41 PM

Its been a minute since I've updated. I've been really busy lately and just haven't had time to get on the computer much. Anyways...I weighed-in at 155.0 yesterday--so I think I'm officially half-way out of the 150s! I feel like I've been in the 150s fooreeeverrr!! But I've finally decided to really crack down and get rid of these last 15-20lbs. So I'm starting Jillian Michaels "Making the Cut" tomorrow. So for the next 30 days I'm on a VERY strict diet/exercise routine...and absolutely no alcohol (oh boy!). Soooo...wish me luck! :D

Sounds like everyone else is doing great! Keep up the good work guys! :)

And jumping in one the size thing, I wear size 8 jeans and medium/large shirts. I recently bought a size 12 dress from David's Bridal, but I think their sizes run a little small.

CW: 150.2

I've been stuck in the 150's for a long time. I'm ready to say goodbye to the 50's and hello to the 40's. Thought I'd jump in here for a little extra nudge. ;) Oh, I noticed you're all posting sizes too so I thought I'd share mine. Currently all my pants are size 12, but they're pretty baggy on the butt and thighs.. The last time I tried on 10's they fit but were a little snug. I'm scared to try some on again.

I totally identify with this statement! Most of my weight has come off through diet and not exercise. Right when I started getting serious about working out for weight loss (last march) I got into a bad car accident and am just now getting over most of my bodily pains. I'm now trying to incorporate exercise back into the equation. I want to be toned, not just smaller. :halffull: Maybe we could motivate each other?

freedomreins 02-09-2010 06:32 AM

Welcome Urthwurm!

Have been 153.6 for at least 5 days now. I did eat more than my calories this weekend and went a bit over yesterday due to a case of the munchies (good snacks though too much - a few hundred calories of 99% fat free crackers!) so perhaps I should be happy? But the 20th is approaching and I am wearing a very nice, form-fitting black and white dress - super classy! - to the theatre and would have loved to make 151. If I see 152 on the scale by then though I think I'll be satisfied. It's taking me ages to lose these last ten pounds, I've been in the 150s for almost two years and keep giving up because it's just SO slow! I just have to make sure I don't give up this time!

Have a great week ladies :D You can do it!
