    wonderous salad with sprouts and mushrooms and black beans
    S: coffee and biscottis
    D: Bf is taking me out for BBQ dinner date. Goal will be to not go wild and keep it under 8OO cals because that's what I have left. I think that won't be too dificult.
  • B- egg, low carb tortilla
    S - watermelon
    L - nada, not really hungry
    D - LC butternut squash ravioli (hope it's good!)
  • B - egg omelet with mushrooms, onions, peppers and cheese + coffee
    L - Balsamic chicken + salad + cup of soup
    S - Almonds and walnuts + tea
    D - Chicken soup + toast with cheese + 1/2 grapefruit
    S - Herbal tea

    E - 120 min walk + 30 min gardening
  • b - fruit & nut bar (140) + V8 (50)
    s - kashi cookie (120) + 2 Sunsweet Ones (50)
    l - salad with dressing on the side (200) + whole wheat roll (75) + natural applesauce (60)
    s - mojo cliff bar...surprisingly yummy, btw (200)
