Netflix anyone?
 

So I definitely just realized they have work out DVDs on Netflix. How cool is THAT?! I found the 30DS...so I'm definitely getting them to send it to me. I'm super excited...

they even have some you can watch online. Yay:carrot:

I love netflix!! I have checked out some of the instant workout ones... We have it on XBOX live so it streams on tv which is cool... :)

LOVE Netflix - they're especially great for those days that I don't feel like dragging my butt to the gym :)

Netflix is quality. If all of my workouts weren't planned out around a yearly cycled schedule, I'd totally do the dvds. Netflix is awesome. I'm going to check and see if they have any yoga dvds as I've been dying to try it but can't fit a "real" class into my schedule.

I just discovered this myself and tons of workout tapes are in my future. I thought that this would be great for getting some variety in my workout routine without breaking the bank to buy new dvds. :D

Also if you have cable with an ondemand service they have free fitness videos you can watch under like health or sports (I don't remember because I don't have cable anymore.
