  • b - fruit and nut bar (140) + V8 (50) = 210c
    s - apple sauce (50) + sugar-free dark chocolate piece (25) = 75c
    l - 2 slices whole wheat bread with hummus (120) + fruit (~50) = 170c
    s - natural energy bar = 180c
    d - homemade vegetarian chili with a handful of baked corn chips = 400c
    s - whole grain cookie (120) + sugar-free mousse pudding cup (60) = 180c

    total = 1215

    e - 60 minutes cardio of some kind


    PS: I just love these meal plan threads, because I like looking at what everyone else eats to get ideas for new snacks and meals.
  • Pre-workout snack - 1/2 banana
    Breakfast - Whole wheat English muffin with 2T peanut butter
    Snack - Nature Valley granola bar
    Lunch - 1 can Progresso vegetable & noodle soup, 1 cup baby carrots with 1t ranch dressing, 1 cup grapes
    Snack - String cheese, apple
    Dinner - 1 cup turkey chili, 1 wedge corn bread

    approximately 1500 calories, which is fine because my weekends are my slightly higher calorie days
