I have. The next day after the meeting, I wore a nice, knit top and both of my managers came up to me and said "Do you remember what we talked about at the meeting last night? Those kinds of tops aren't allowed, we're not going to send you home but you can't wear that material in the future." Then I knew that even though we technically have until January to be in compliance with the dress code, they would have basically harassed me about it until I wore something acceptable.
I would like to rotate a few tops but I sweat a lot and no matter how much deodorant I wear (or perfume), they always smell worn. Part of the dress code is actually about hygiene, like you have to have fresh breath, wear make-up, have very neat hair (We can't have ponytail holders showing, you have to wrap your hair around the band and pin it), and smell nice.
