Today I am THANKFUL for...
Today I am thankful for losing 56 lbs and living new habits that will give me a longer, healthier life.
I am also thankful for my wonderful husband. He means everything to me and I don't know where I would be without him!
What are you thankful for? It does not have to be weight loss related! With Thanksgiving this week, I always like to take the time to reflect on all the things I have been blessed with since I tend to spend most of my time complaining about what I DON'T have.
