Hi Girls! Weight in day..144.0!! If I can get down to 143.9 and stay there till after new years I'll be happy. I did really well at work yesterday and I only ate 3 cookies from the platter someone brought in all day..and I ate a super light dinner to make up for it.

Hello Ladies.. i so feel like crying.. I was at 136 last week.. and this week and weekend, I had get-togethers, a party with this boy that is playing hard to get ( so I had too many drinks), plus last night my work's holiday dinner (5 amazing plates + drinks +dessert)... I went up 5-6lbs... I couldn't control myself at the dinner, and I ate it all.. Yesterday I ate at least 5 times what I should have... Evrything was going well.. and I just fell of it... and the holidays are just staring... and this guy.. is just stressing me out with his attitude, of interested and then disinterest.. I know I probably shouldn't pay attention to him too much.. but like with food it's hard to control myself... I hope everyone is doing better!

Just weighed in this morning at 149 so I'm there...but barely ha!

Right now I just do the elliptical for an hour every day, but Jan 1st I'm going to start adding a little running in. My goal for summer is to be able to run 4 miles, so I'll work my way there! Haha the fact that I'm living/working at the beach this summer is so motivating...

congrats to everyone! seems like we are all doing well! I saw 65.6kg on the scale today which is 144 pounds, so I am quietly hopeful for my weigh in tomorrow. Just gotta try not to screw it up today!

Listen, you! You've gotten down to 136, and you can do it again! And of course, you haven't gained 5-6 lbs in a few days, it's probably mostly water weight from all the excess sodium you're taking in with the junk food. So.. deep breaths. And get back to kicking weight-loss butt, like we know you can!
As for the boy, I have the same kinda thing that's been going on for months. A guy at my work flirts with me every single shift until he leaves, and has asked me to watch a movie with him twice. He bailed both times. But keeps flirting with me. I couldn't give it up, I had such a crush!!! It wasn't until I decided to get together with an entirely different guy that I realized what a jerk this guy is being, toying with me like this. Definitely TRY to walk away from Mr. Hot-then-Cold.... he's no good for you. If he was a good guy, with good intentions, who was really into you... he'd have asked you out. Find someone better.

Me:
I weighed in yesterday back up at 143.2. Had a good, healthy day... weighed in this morning at 141.2. Wow. That has GOT to be a fluke! But I take my measurements fairly often, and around my natural waist, my steady 30 inches has dropped infinitesimally down to 29.75ish...!

So, like an idiot, I celebrated by eating a slice of pizza on campus today. *facepalm* But, if I'm being honest, I AM going to eat pizza in the future, so I might as well just work my calories around it, and not beat myself up. The wonderful interweb says that the pizza I ate was about 520 calories, so... let's go worst-case scenario and say it was 600. I was running late, and didn't eat breakfast, so... 600 before dinner, plus a GIANT bag of pasta and veggies that comes to 500 calories for dinner in a few hours... then there's room for a teensy snack later if I'm in the mood.

As a side-note, if I manage to drop down past 140, I refuse to leave this thread. I haven't seen a 130s thread lately, and I don't want to abandon all of you ladies. <3

Eep! 141.6 this morning. I mean... TECHNICALLY, that's a gain, but... I was convinced that being 141.ANYTHING was a fluke, so seeing it again is... wow!

Hello girls. The scale is killing me . last friday at 146.8 after 2 day off I was monday at 150.2 how can that be posible , I now I ate more but not that bat.
Tuesday I weight 149.2, wednesday 148.2 I was hopping for 147's today but not the scale went back to 148.6.

I starting to think about doing once a month WI. What do you girls think about it?
I don't now if I can do it because I do WI almost every day.

148.8 this morning...ha oh boy, I have a feeling getting out of the 140's is gonna be a long haul. I guess I was expecting to lose like 4 1/2 lbs a week like I did my first week! But oh well, a little loss is better then a little gain

I am at 145.6 this morning.. I am really hoping for a loss this week.. I officially weigh in on Modays.. Last monday I was at 145.4 which was so exciting my lowest weight ever.. But I want 144 or 143 to start showing.. I have got to start exercising more... NNNNNOOOOO MMMOOOTTTIIVVAAATIIIIONNNNN!!!!!!!!!

Especially when it is so so so cold out...

Hello girls.

Well I am doing a little better today I was at 147.6 ... that Ok after seen 150.2 on monday and 146.8 on saturday . I am hopping for 147 on tomorrow WI or at least the same 147.6.


S200n I will love to be on 143 by january 2 ... but whit my nursing baby is hard to lose .
