Ugh, binge eating yesterday. SO bad. Starting again. TMI ending meaning seeing the result of strength training in my legs? ...Maybe. Also, watching my calories now, at least until Friday night.

I'm with you too girls..binge city over here. I'm at 145.4 today...I hopefully can get down too 144 by next week. I have TWO holiday party's this weekend though..so we'll see.

hey Guys,

Im joining in.. I weighted in at 147 this morning.. Hoping for a quiet on plan weekend but we will see what happens.. I have been stuck around 148-146 for way way way too long.. I dont exercise as much as I should so I really need to start working on that...

Hi s200n Getting more regular with my exercise schedule is a goal of mine as well. I'm currently a student, so this time of year is super busy, and unfortunately also full of late nights, going out to eat, and insanely high stress levels. I'm not really one for new year's resolutions, but I'm hoping to get much more committed to the gym in the next few weeks.

How's everyone doing with that big storm system in the Midwest? We got our first snow of the season, and I'm hearing it's really bad in certain parts of the country. Stay warm chickies!

Haha, we do seem to be a tribe of 5'5 in here And I have a lot of holiday parties this week... definitely good times, but can spell trouble for my eating, eek!

And Icon... can I come visit you?? lol, I just moved from southern California to northern Ohio for graduate school, so this is my first winter dealing with snow and freezing temps (translation: I am a big baby when it comes to cold).

I' weighted in at 146.6 this morning Ahh..Tuesday is my official weight in so I hopefully will go back down to 145.5 by then so I at least haven't gained.

Serves me right..I've only worked out once this week!! I think if I can stay under 145 till after the holidays that's the best I can hope for. Then the real work will start in January.

That's it. I'm back.
I'm up a mere .4 lbs since I was last here (How in the **** is that possible with the amount of garbage I've been eating...???), but I need to start pushing that sh!t back down!
