I have finally made the move from the 150s thread I weighed in and just over 144lbs last WI. I won't be able to get to my weekly WI this week so I am hopeful for a big loss the week after that.

Hey everyone, havn't posted in here for awile. But today I'm 144, and hope to keep moving under that, instead of flucuating. I want to reach 142 by sunday.

sooo haven't posted in forever... have been stalled for the past few weeks due to bad weekends, but im back on track and after having found out about a family wedding in late May and realizing that my 4th of july beach vaca with friends is now less than three months away, my butt is back in gear Weighed in at 146 this morning, but had a somewhat salty dinner last night and didn't drink barely any water yesterday, so i'm hoping to be in the 130s by early May. Man - just typing that and realizing that I could be in the 130s - a weight i haven't seen since... middle school? - is soo exciting!!

Hi! Hope I can join you guys! I haven't posted in MONTHS - this is Take 2 for me, I guess. In a nutshell, I decided to lose weight about a year ago and went from approx 180/185 to my goal of 135 in about 6 months with the support of 3FC (and hard work!). Then I went on a 6 week vacation with hubby and found I was back to 150 when I got home. Boo! Got back into my routine and went down to 145 fairly easily - now just struggling to lose the last 10 pesky pounds, so hope 3FC can motivate me again like last time.

Today I'm just going for a light walk and eating in moderation. Tommorrow I'll be back in the gym.

alexandraT, I know what you mean. I havent been in the 130s since I was like in grade school. I'm so close to being there, I can't wait. It IS exciting!

I haven't posted here in forever, but I've been running and pretty much on track! I'm 146ish now and did a 5K averaging 9:30 without breaking a sweat today!

I'm back up to 148.0 when I weighed in today, but I am hoping it just has to do with the fact that it wasn't on an empty stomach. I want out of the 140's so badly...

thanks energie. =( I didn't make it, close though.

Well, I'm close to getting out of the 140's, and I havn't been in the 130's since middle school either. Wait...accually I think it was elementary school. I just weighed myself to see ramdomly at 10:00 pm at night, and it was 146-147. Gez, maybe I gained today.

I too am coming back here after a small but not very good hiatus, lol. I was so close to the 130's but I've gone and put on four pounds the last month! So I'm back at 147lb and dying to get out of here! I'm gonna make this happen. Come on ladies, we can do this together!
