This is so exciting! The entire 150's thread is going to be in here before long! I'm kind of mad. I fluctuated up to 150.2 this morning. Water time! Don't kick me out!
Hello, I'm new here on 3FC.. Right now I'm pendeling between 148 - 152.. This morning I was at 149.7, so I guess this is the place for me..
I have a goal to get out of the 140's by the first june.. I'ts possible,, only 10 pounds..
*grumbles* I got wicked sick this week and between that and my period, this week was just all over the place. This is my third week at a solid 140.4. I know, I know, at least I've learned how to maintain at 140 instead of 148, where I started, but I'm so frustrated! I just wanna break this plateau!
Hi everyone! I've been on track. I'm already down to 146. I am so excited to FINALLY get out of the damn 140s. My plan with betting has really helped me stay on track... I definitely will be at my minigoal weight (and so close to my goal!) by May 7th (the deadline).
Snowwolf, I am impressed! I know we're different heights, but we started out around the same and you've been shedding pounds so well. Congrats on your success!
I was REALLY sick all weekend (throwing up... gross...) so I dropped 1 lb, but now I'm on my TOM so I can't stop eating! I ate maintenance yesterday and not much better today. :P But I did go jogging tonight after work, so I feel a little better. Hopefully after my TOM my weight will be down a bit.

Oh, thank you, that's very nice of you. I've been sick and have been eating bad. So...I don't know how much I wiegh currently. 144.6 few, that wasn't that bad for eating so much this week and wieghing at night with wet hair. And congrats on being on track, keep losing! Keep going!

Snow Wolf, TOM = Time Of the Month, aka, period. It took me awhile to figure it out, too.
I'm still chuggin along. I think I had a crazy whoosh after breaking my plateau at 150lbs, and lost some water weight. I got down to 147, and then bounced back to 148.8, lol. Now I'm back to 147.2.
I'm pretty sure that if I quit strength training, I could lose these last few pounds pretty easily. My body gains muscle so quickly and easily that I'm replacing fat loss with muscle and my weight isn't changing much. But I am loving what strength training is doing to my body, I'm finally getting a shape! So I'll get there, just a bit slower, and I'll be super toned.
Eee, I'm excited. I've reached my minigoal of my old average 144-146 range (with a normal BMI!). It's amazing how subtlety my body (and my thighs) change as soon as I am at a normal weight. They don't stand out half as much..
New goal: I have this formal occasion that i bought a size 7 dress on April 9th. Considering how well I'm doing, it would be great to reach 141 by then...leaving me with almost a month to work my way to goal (which is somewhere in the 130s). I've never weighed that little, so I don't know how I'll look. Right now, my goal is to get to 134, but I might stop if I feel good and look good. My goal coincides with the date I leave for my study abroad. It will feel so good not to be hiding in pictures because I think I look chubby/awkward....
Congrats incontrol! mkendrick, you'll get there... muscle should help as well. Does fat weigh almost 4x as much as muscle? just realize it will help you more than you think! snowwolf: we all slip up. but, if you can get yourself back on track after the slip up, you'll be soon at goal.

That made me laugh. I should have seen that! I kept hearing TOM. TOM. TOM. What is TOM, I need to know, it's driving me crazy, and I was also thinking why doesn't anyone talk about thier periods? That was a brainfart moment alright. Duh.

I came back from spring break to be around 148...I went down to 146, and then gained back to 148. I've been working on a week to kick my butt back into gear and I'm finally seeing the results. The scale said 146.6 today!! Whoo hoo!!
I'm glad to see we have some new people, and all of the 150's are moving in! Yay!
Yeah!!! After a three-week plateau, this morning I weighed in at 139.8.
I'm going to weigh myself once daily for the next few days to make sure I really belong in the 130s thread, but this is the lowest number I've seen so far, and I'm psyched!

Wow, Skyra! I actually teared up for you a little. It just hit me how close to the 130s we are in this thread. I had a wedding to go to last Saturday and so I've been lax with my eating and exercise but haven't gained any weight. Between my one cousin's wedding in July of 2008 and this cousin's wedding on March 20th, I lost 42.2 pounds! I'm now skinnier than I was when I graduated high school!
