For those how weight every day

How many of you step at the scale and sudelin see a drop of more than a pound in one day ?

Yesterday I was 149.6 and today I am 148.2 :carrot: , so happy about it , but should I count it . My weight day is saturday , Yesterday I just peek to see If I lose .

What should I do? Use 149.6 or 148.2 ?

I now I now I will stop peeking.:p

Thanks.....

Hi! I weigh myself everyday too it helps keep me in check and lets me know how i am doing..if your weigh-in day is saturday i would mark whatever the scale says that day..my weigh-in days are also saturday and no matter what fridays weight is i only mark down what my weight says on saturday so that is what i would go with IMO

good job!

I would agree with hbebeir and just go with what the scale says today (Saturday). I used to weigh everyday but I realized it was causing issues for me (meaning if I hopped on and it was really low I'd be more likely to cheat as a reward or more likely to get discouraged if it didn't change as much as I thought it should have). So now I'm trying to not weigh myself more than once a month. So far I haven't been able to stay away from the scale for that long :). It's just so hard to walk by it and not hop on "just to see" how I've been doing! SOOO tempting! lol.

I keep a spreadsheet and weigh every day. I NEVER reward myself with food. Typically, my number always goes down, and I can see an average trend if my number doesn't go down, or I can say "I ran, so it's water weight" or "It's TOM" or "I prolly need to poo", so it's always encouraging.

Thanks for the A/

But... Do you guys see sometimes a big lose from one day to the another one, or is always OZ. Thanks

Sometimes it happens that I'll drop more than a pound in a day, but I don't reward myself with food. The only time that happens is if I worked out MUCH longer than I usually do, and I'm usually hungry enough to justify it.

If your weigh-in day is today, then count it and congrats :)

11/12/09 213.0
11/13/09 212.4
11/14/09 212.4
11/15/09 212.4
