Ive been doing terribley...Im back at 193-194...hoping its water weight, I havent been drinking much water. Ugh so I probably will not hit my mini goal of 190 by my birthday...depressing...ugh

and mateos: just keep at it.. take it day by day like i have been!

anyway, this morning i weighed myself... still 197! that's fine since this weekend i was not eating my normal routine of healthy food. i had a lot of protein, but i only had 2 meals on friday and same thing saturday...
ive been complaining how i havent seen the weight come off, but i told my boyfriend: i guess it doesnt come off overnight, just like it never got put on overnight. im taking it day by day! hopefully by the end of the week ill be 195-196!!

i weigh in tomorrow (technically later on today, but since i work third shift its still last night for me, hehe)...im kinda scared. ; c but i have been eating well and walking in and out of work all week (thats about 2 miles). not to mention im gonna eat lite this morning to watch out for bloat...;3 But there should be no reason why i cant have lost a pound from last week. But you all know how that goes...sometimes no matter how hard you work, it just seems to not happen sometimes. ; c

Guess what guys! I weighed in this morning and I'm out of the 190's! woo hoo! I weighed in at 189 lbs yay! Good luck to you all and I hope hope to see you in the 180's section very soon!

Hey ladies. So I had a horrible week. Constant headaches, dizziness, head rish, you name it. So I wasnt exercising much, and even worse, my eating SUCKED...My friends are telling me i dont need to lose weight, girls that weigh 100lbs!! and theyve been a bad influence and eating fast food and of course ive been eating as well. So i'm at 194...i was so close at 191!! But as of today i'm back on track and hope to be out of here soon!!

I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THE 190'S!!!!!! i haven't weighed myself since January 1st, i wont be weighing myself until the middle of Feb. for the first time, so i hope to see the 180's then. Wish me luck!

Well, I was a little disappointed in my weight this week. I only lost .6 lbs, which is still a loss, but I was really hoping for a little more. I'm not sure if it was because of water weight or not, but the day before my WI I think a few of my food choices were pretty high in sodium. Well, I'll just try again next week! We can do this!

Cabin, think of it as .6 lbs gone FOREVER.... you don't want it back do you?

I am happy to report that I weighed in this morning at 195.5. I will be weighing in again on my official weigh day - Wednesday.

I'm officially starting my low cal eating on monday...cleaning out the fridge and cupboards today! Still getting over my walking pnuemonia... so i won't be doing any major cardio. Hoping to be out of the 190s soon...glad to have everyones support!

i weighed in... back at 197... i should go fix those tickers now

i was eating horribly -- only 2 meals a day, and not my usual 5 small meals in a day.. so i think my body just started storing it all. im going to eat well all day today, and then later on tonight i have a dinner dance to go to with the family, with a buffet!! and major greek food will be there ... soo ill drink lots of water before hand, have a small yogurt, and keep drinking water when i get there and hope not too eat too much!! ill eat slowly too

i'll weigh myself wednesday... hopefully i go down again, but with exams coming up this week and next, i may get a little stressed out and flop again!
